He regretted his decision to contact Ye publicly on social media
Digital Nas produced several Kanye West albums, including Donda, Donda 2, Vultures 1 and Vultures 2.
However, he is now complaining that he is not getting any financial rights or royalties from his deal with Yeezy.
Despite contacting the company multiple times, he said he did not receive a satisfactory response.
So, Nas said he was forced to go public to deliver the message to Ye.
He also shared a list of tracks that he contributed to across Ye's albums Donda, Donda 2, and both Vultures installments. "I know I’m like an annoying little brother but call my phone big bro I really gotta talk to you about sum real life stuff I'm going thru," the producer wrote.
"I hit everybody at yzy, and no one will put me in touch with you, so I feel like this is the only way," he continued.
But now he has posted a message showing his regret for going public with his complaint.
"Should've kept this private. I was impatient. I was getting no responses," he shared on Instagram Story. "It's getting handled now."
