Gypsy Rose Blanchard's fiance Ben Urker found unresponsive on October 1
Gypsy Rose Blanchard is mourning the loss of the father of her daughter, Ken Urker, after he passed away at the age of 34.
The media personality revealed to People that “there are no words that can express the depth of this loss,” as she revealed her fiancé died after an overdose.
She told the outlet, “I don’t know if it was intentional or not."
Blanchard added, “He was not in a good state of mind lately.”
The mom of one expressed her grief saying, “I’m in disbelief. I can’t think."
“I’ve screamed until my throat burns," she noted.
Blanchard further stated, “Ken was an amazing father and a man who was deeply loved. He will forever be my soulmate and my red string, a connection that time, distance, and even death can never erase.”
She also pointed at the weight Urker was carrying as she claimed that he was also facing “unimaginable level of public scrutiny” and “relentless cyberbullying across social media platforms.”
Blanchard added, “The cruelty directed toward him was something no human being should have to endure.”
Despite everything, she admitted that Urker “loved” their daughter, Aurora.
“I will make sure she grows up knowing how deeply her father loved her and who he was beyond what strangers on the internet chose to say about him,” she added.
Blanchard concluded, “I ask for privacy and compassion for our daughter, our families, and everyone grieving Ken during this incredibly painful time. He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.”
For those unaware, Urker was discovered unconscious inside his home in Louisiana by a family member on October 1, which was also his birthday, according to People.
Blanchard even sent him a "happy birthday" message, which he did not respond to.
After Blanchard's brother Dylan and his wife visited Urker, they found him unresponsive.
