Inmates say Diddy lives like a king behind bars

Sean "Diddy" Combs is allegedly living a life of luxury in prison.

The claim was made in a new NBC News report, where four men who spent time in his unit admitted that the 56-year-old gets VIP treatment from inmates who cook, clean and give him massages.

They claim he has a cell phone, where he gets nude photos from a former girlfriend, and a "jailbroken" tablet he used to watch 50 Cent's documentary about him.

They also allege guards smuggled in premium liquor and that he bought the antidepressant Remeron from other inmates. "He's a billionaire. People are in awe of him," one source said.

The sources say this lifestyle costs thousands of dollars a month. The money allegedly comes from inmates who work for him, whose commissary accounts are refilled by people on the outside.

Combs' spokesperson, Juda Engelmayer, told the Daily Mail that the media now treats ordinary prison life as news. He said Combs is serving his sentence within the rules and is waiting for a court decision on his appeal.

Combs was sentenced to four years and two months last year after a jury found him guilty of two counts of transporting people across state lines for prostitution. He was acquitted of racketeering and sex trafficking. His ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura gave graphic testimony at the trial, alleging he abused her for more than a decade.

His release date has changed several times. It was first set for May 2028, then moved after allegations, denied by his attorney, that he drank moonshine and made an unauthorised phone call. The Federal Bureau of Prisons now lists January 21, 2028, helped by the FIRST STEP Act.
