Courtney Cox spills her ultimate hosting essential
The 'Friends' alum knows how to make her guest enjoy her company
When it comes to hosting, Courtney Cox never compromises as she gave a glimpse into her hosting essential.
The Friends alum opened up to People during a recent chat at COQODAQ in New York City about her non-negotiable when she entertains guests at her home.
“I would say music,” Courtney revealed.
She explained, “I think it’s really important to make sure that if the food’s not out yet, you know, I just want people to be entertained.
The 62-year-old actress continued, "It just has to be something that you don’t feel like, ‘Oh, it’s quiet and now we have to fill the space with words.’ You can sit here and enjoy a song."
One more thing Courtney keeps in her mind is what kind of playlist she makes, and depends on her guests' taste "and what time of day.”
Courtney previously confessed her love for music as she reflected on her appearance in Bruce Springsteen‘s video for his 1984 hit, Dancing in the Dark.
She told Howard Stern on his radio show back in 2022 that she loves music "almost more than I love anything."
At the time Courtney also expressed her desire of pursuing a career in music more seriously when she was younger.
