Prince William furious after King Charles major move for Harry? 'Huge mistake'
If King Charles won’t do it, once Prince William takes the throne, it will be top of the list
The royal insiders have claimed that Prince William is furious after King Charles move for his estranged Harry, and they have called it a ‘huge mistake’ by King Charles.
King Charles has apparently come out in support of his son Prince Harry days after Uganda decided to pull out of the 2027 Invictus Games event.
According to BBC, the change of heart follows a phone call with King Charles principal private secretary, Sir Clive Alderton, who told them the King had "no problem" with Uganda's participation in the games.
This support from Palace is likely to be seen as an olive branch, helping Prince Harry with his sports events for injured service men and women.
Now, the sources have told the Closer, “But in William’s view, it was a huge mistake for Charles to step in and stop Uganda from pulling out [of The Invictus Games].”
The insiders continued William would like to see King Charles ‘totally wash his hands’ of this whole thing, adding and “he’s decided now is the time to really push the issue.”
“And if His Majesty won’t do it, once William takes the throne, it will be top of the list. The Sussexes are rightfully worried.’
“William’s goal is for it to just be the beginning. His argument is that it would serve everyone best if they just got this over with, rather than dragging it out and having all this confusion,” the spy went on saying.
