Kelly Osbourne reveals her biggest fear for three-year-old son

Kelly Osbourne revealed that she is carrying a fear regarding her three-year-old son Sidney that he could struggle with addiction in future, just like she and her late father Ozzy Osbourne did.

The Osbournes star, who welcomed Sidney with her ex-partner Sid Wilson, has been vocal about her own battle with drugs and alcohol, which began during her teenage years.

While Kelly is now sober, she admitted on Paul C Brunson’s We Need To Talk podcast that she believes addiction is a “genetic disorder” and might affect her son, too, in the future.

“I always said 'I'm never going to drink, I'm never going to do that, I'm fine without it'. And I ended up exactly the same as my dad," she told the host.

The doting mom continued, “It’s something I even worry about with my son. I never want him to go through what I went through. Ever."

The 41-year-old TV star explained “I want him to be confident enough in himself that he never even feels that kind of pain that he thinks that he needs to numb.”

For those unaware, Ozzy, who passed away last year, struggled with drugs and alcohol for decades.

His wild behaviour due to drug influence included attempting to kill wife Sharone Osbourne in 1989, biting the head off a bat during a performance and he even got kicked off from Black Sabbath in 1979 because of his drug use.
