Princess Anne makes royal appearance at International Sheep Dog Trials

Princess Anne met sheepdogs at major event.

On Monday, September 14, the Royal Family’s official Instagram handle offered some insights into the Princess Royal’s latest visit at International Sheep Dog Trials, in the posted series of pictures in which the royal figure can be seen interacting with sheepdog handlers, watching competition as well as presenting awards to the winners.

It is worth noting here that Princess Anne is a patron of the International Sheep Dog Society since 2007.

However, the caption read, “A round of a-paws for this year’s winners of the International Sheep Dog Trials!”

It continued, “As Patron, The Princess Royal attended the event hosted by the International Sheep Dog Society, which works to support the training and welfare of sheep dogs.”

“Her Royal Highness met team members from across the United Kingdom, watched qualifying runs and presented awards for the contribution to sheepdog trialling,” the caption concluded.

In the comment section, royal fans showed their support, one user wrote, “Princess Anne is always fabulous!”

“Look at the people around her, they are always laughing and smiling. I bet she's a hoot,” while another wrote.
