Travis Kelce shares new details on marrying Taylor Swift
Travis Kelce is looking back on his wedding to Taylor Swift with new remarks two months later.
“Marrying Taylor was more than I could have ever dreamed it to be,” the 36-year-old NFL star in a preview clip from an upcoming ESPN interview with Chris Berman.
Kelce also said the highlight of his wedding was “all the people that showed up, and the amount of love that was in the air.”
His teammate Patrick Mahomes also shared his own take on the celebration, joking that he wasn't sure he'd be up for dancing but ended up having a great time.
“My perspective, it was a lot of fun. I did a little dancing,” Mahomes, 30, recalled, adding, “I didn’t know if I was gonna be able to dance, and it was good to get my first dancing experience of the offseason.”
Kelce and Swift married on July 3 at Madison Square Garden in New York City, with over 1,000 guests in attendance, including Chiefs teammates, head coach Andy Reid, and Swift's famous friends.
A source close to the event told Page Six that multiple camera crews were filming throughout the night, leading to speculation that some kind of footage or special could eventually be released.
“I hope she makes a Netflix special or something, because there’s no way I can describe it to you. It felt like you were at a movie set,” the source added.
Kelce first addressed the wedding publicly in August, referring to Swift as his wife for the first time during a Chiefs training camp press conference.
