Paul Walker's brother drops bombshell idea about his inclusion in 'Fast Forever'

Paul Walker’s brother recently shared the shocking idea of bringing back his character Brian O’Conner to life in the Fast & Furious finale.

For those unaware, O’Conner separated from Dominic Toretto [played by Vin Diesel] to live safely with Mia [played by Jordana Brewster] and their children in Furious 7, which was released on April 3, 2015, after Paul passed away at the age of 40 on November 30, 2013. He succumbed to the combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries sustained in a single-vehicle car crash.

Cody Walker, who helped complete the film after Paul’s passing during production, told Entertainment Weekly that Artificial Intelligence can be used to resurrect his late brother in Fast Forever.

The 38-year-old American actor told the outlet it was his suggestion; however, Paul’s daughter, Meadow Walker, should give her seal of approval on the idea.

Cody said, “My stance is, it’s what Meadow wants to see done; it’s her father. I would not be interested in doing that again.”

“I love the way his character exited the franchise. They didn’t kill him off, they didn’t do something cheesy like that,” he added. “It’s beautiful, [Brian] is off raising his kids.”

“But if they want to do that, if Meadow would like to see that, they don’t need me or Caleb. AI was not a thing back in 2014, so they could do that. There’s years of footage that was never used from these other Fast films. They’re the best in the business, they can figure that out,” The Last Full Measure star stated.

It is pertinent to mention that Fast Forever is scheduled to open in theatres on March 17, 2028. Watch the trailer for Furious 7.
