Meghan Markle faces major setback in life after her return to United Kingdom
Meghan Markle’s dream to revive her acting career has reportedly been shattered.
An insider told Radar Online that the Duchess of Sussex wanted to resume her acting job, but her return to the United Kingdom with Prince Harry and their children, seven-year-old Prince Archie and five-year-old Lilibet, forced her to drop her dream because they were struggling to manage expenses for their basic household chores.
The source said, "She had trouble hiring maids because a lot of the housekeepers in Montecito didn't want to work for them.”
"Meghan would interview people herself and could come across as really snobbish and rude,’ they added. “Some of them were so offended by the way she spoke to them that word started getting around.”
Her notorious reputation in the affluent neighbourhood in California played a major role in her survival.
"It got to the point where people would joke that all the maids in Montecito hated them,” the insider claimed.
It is pertinent to mention that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry stepped back from their royal duties and left the United Kingdom for North America on January 8, 2020. However, after spending six years away from the royal family, they all returned to Britain for an extended period.
