Alix Earle’s breakup with Braxton Berrios becomes major part of her Netflix show

Alix Earle’s split with ex boyfriend happened before Netflix fame.

In a recent interview with People Magazine, Alix reflected on the time of filming the reality show, Earle Meets World, and how she never expected things to become so dramatic. She said, “I really don’t want to do a show that’s manufactured drama because I feel like it’s easy — everyone can see right through that.”

Noting, “Then, all of a sudden, it was the most explosive four months ever.”

It is worth noting here that Alix and her former partner, Braxton Berrios, parted ways in December 2025, and the reality show was filmed after their breakup; however, Alix’s family began discussing the show with Netflix before the social media star’s breakup.

Speaking about her reaction in the reality show regarding her breakup, Alix said that some people may think that she was “dragging” it.

She went on to say, “I’m just a girl and going through a breakup.”

“I don’t care if it’s my 45th time crying about it — it’s how I feel. And I just tried to put it out there. I’m like, ‘I don’t care if people are judging me and saying it’s crazy,” Alix further added.

For those unaware, Earle Meets World is a Netflix reality series that provides viewers inside into Alix Earle’s personal life, family dynamics, relationships, and career.

Moreover, its first season, which consists of eight episodes, premiered on Netflix in September 2026.
