Google Cloud, Accenture deploy 1,000 AI-engineers directly with customers
The Accenture enterprise business group aims to help companies deploy agentic AI directly into their daily operation
Google Cloud and Accenture have reportedly launched a new unit that will deploy AI engineers directly to customers-a significant move to help businesses develop and implement artificial intelligence tools more quickly.
The primary motive behind this initiative is to make it easier for companies to integrate AI into their daily technology and upgrade operations.
The two companies have primarily formed Accenture Gemini Enterprise Business Group-a unit that helps customers build and launch AI tools.
Google Cloud will train up to 1,000 Accenture embedded software engineers or FDEs who will work directly with clients on site to plan and build AI applications on the Gemini Enterprise platform.
The group will include experts from Accenture who will help upgrade FDE solutions and a small group of Google Cloud FDEs for exclusive high-value activations.
In this connection, Google Cloud Chief Executive, Thomas Kurian said: “ There’s a need for experts who can go and do these [things] for customers.”
Furthermore, this is the latest in a series of bets made by AI companies that in-house partner integration is the best approach for enterprises to direct their core AI investments. The new business group will work to accelerate enterprise adoption of Google Cloud’s agentic AI platform.
