Palantir Technologies and Nebius Group have reportedly announced a partnership to integrate Nebius’s cloud and AI compute infrastructure into Palantir’s enterprise application software for commercial customers-a move that lets users run and fine-tune models while boosting security and domain-specific intelligence.

Under the terms of its agreement, Palantir has named Nebius its preferred sovereign AI technology partner. Nebius will bring its compute and inference endpoints inside the Palantir enterprise perimeter, giving eligible Palantir customers access to Nebius’s cloud and private AI infrastructure while maintaining control over their computers, data and models.

In this connection, co-founder and CEO of Palantir, Alex Karp said: “Nebius' computer infrastructure powers your ability to run your own AI models under conditions you control. Our ontology and their infrastructure will undergird the sovereignty our partners are demanding.”

The two companies also plan a computer expansion to deploy new compute capacity for Palantir customers. It will include modular data-center deployments at sites where power is already available. Notably, eligible Palantir customers will be able to host open-weight models on Nebius infrastructure and adapt them using their own custom data for specific use cases.

Nonetheless, Palantir selected Nebius for what few providers can claim, being built for AI from the ground rather than adapted from multi-purpose computing. Its infrastructure and software are designed specifically for demanding AI workloads, and can integrate directly into Palantir’s AI operating system.
