Prince Harry and Meghan Markle get major career news

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex reportedly have a new reason to celebrate!

As the couple returned to the UK, their documentary Cookie Queens receives a major streaming update following its disappointing performance at the US box office.

The Archewell Productions project is reportedly set to arrive on Paramount+ on January 6, 2027. The news comes after Paramount announced a slate of licensed documentary films headed to its streaming platform, including Cookie Queens.

It is pertinent to mention that the 91-minute documentary, which follows Girl Scouts and the traditions and pressures surrounding Girl Scout Cookie season, was released in 446 US cinemas on August 7, 2026.

Notably, it earned less than £250,000 and failed to enter the top 10 films during its opening weekend.

However, even with the disappointing results, distributor Roadside Attractions said it was “encouraged” by the film’s performance among Girl Scout groups.

Now, the new streaming release gives the project another opportunity to reach a much wider audience.

This comes as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have returned to the UK with their kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. They arrived at Birmingham Airport on August 26, 2026.
