King Charles would reportedly be furious if Prince Harry and Meghan Markle signed a dealwith the BBC.
According to the latest reports, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are exploring opportunities with British broadcastersfollowing their dramatic return to the UK.
"The prospect of Harry and Meghan working with the BBC would inevitably cause anxiety at the Palace," the source told RadarOnline.com.
"Charles has been trying to rebuild his relationship with his son privately, and the last thing he wants is another television project generating headlines about the Royal Family," the insider continued.
As per the source, "If it became another vehicle for discussing private royal matters, he would be furious."
Meanwhile another insider told publication that "Being back in Britain completely changes the landscape for Harry and Meghan. They don't need another gigantic Netflix-style agreement."
"They can potentially make individual programs with the BBC or commercial broadcasters and retain much greater freedom over what they produce," the confidant added.
For those unversed, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have returned to Britain with their kids. The couple is expected to retain their Montecito mansionduring their extended stay in the UK.
