Kendall Jenner hurting Jacob Elordi's chances of becoming 'Bond': Sources

Jacob Elordi wants to be the next James Bond, but sources claim that his relationship with Kendall Jenner could prove disastrous for his campaign to become '007'.

“Bond is supposed to be mysterious, dangerous and untouchable. Nothing kills mystery faster than entering the Kardashian universe,” a Hollywood insider told Naughty But Nice.

“Jacob needs people imagining him drinking martinis in Monte Carlo, not wondering whether he’ll appear on Kris Jenner’s Instagram," the source added.

Jacob is being considered as a potential candidate for the project, which will be directed by Denis Villeneuve and produced by Amy Pascal and David Heyman.

“Every photograph with Kendall makes Jacob more famous, but Bond doesn’t need famous — Bond needs cool,” the source said. “The Kardashian machine is incredibly powerful, but this is one job where that machine could actually hurt.”

However, it is said that Kendall's mother, Kris Jenner, is keeping a close eye on the role and who ends up with it.

“Kris isn’t stupid. She knows Jacob becoming Bond would be enormous for Kendall too,” the insider said. “She doesn’t need to demand anything. Kris works through relationships, dinners, introductions and whispers.”

"But if Jacob gets Bond, don't be surprised if Kris somehow ends up taking the victory lap," the confidant added.
