Hayden Panettiere death investigation turns to Brian Hickerson's phone

Hayden Panettiere’s death raised new concerns.

The child actress died at the age of 36 on August 16, 2026, now the investigators are examining possible evidence related to Hayden's death and they are also seeking answers from her former boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, as per Radar Online.

At the time when Hayden was found dead, Brian and his brother Zach were reportedly present at the residence however, Brian showed a bag full of medications to the police while his brother seemed deeply sad.

For those unaware, it is said that the Heroes star died due to cardiac arrest.

An insider told the outlet that the investigators want to examine Brian’s phone. "They want the phone because it doesn't forget."

"It can help establish who he was talking to, where he was, and what was happening before Hayden was found," the insider added.

It is pertinent to mention here that Brian and the late actress had an on-off relationship. Moreover, Hayden accused him of domestic violence and took legal action leading to his arrest in 2020.

Now questions have been raised that "Why did so many people look away?"

They further addressed those close to Hayden, "Saying you knew Hayden was struggling after she died isn't heroic.

"The heroic thing would have been picking up the phone, showing up at her door, and refusing to let her face it alone," the source further added.
