Queen Camilla sparks all-out war with step-son? ‘They’re breathing down her neck’

Queen Camilla is even more so being crushed between a rock and a hard place now that it seems Prince William and Kate Middleton are “practically breathing down her neck”.

An admission regarding this comes straight from a well-placed source that is aware of the queen’s ‘fragile ego’ that does not react well to anything resembling a power stripping.

The insider explained it far greater detail according to Closer Online. They believe the issue is more so that Camilla “is incredibly protective of her position” and “her ego is incredibly fragile so she doesn’t react well to any sense that her power is at risk of getting usurped.”

“She sees threats at every turn, and she would argue that her vigilance is for good reason because William and Kate are so openly covetous of the throne,” the same source also highlighted before adding, “she says she can practically feel them breathing down her neck; she knows the moment they take over she will be pushed as far to the side as possible.”

But that’s not even the worst part, because the insider also goes on to say, “she is convinced they are colluding against her. It’s no secret that she and William clash quite badly and she’s had her spats with Kate as well so they’re never going to be close.”

Kate isn’t the only person said to be under the Queen’s list of ‘dislikes’ either, those around them, like The Duke and Duchess of Edinburg share the Wales’ place because it feels like, “everywhere she turns it seems like Sophie is being projected as this sort of patron saint of the monarchy,” they added before actually concluding.
