'Superman: Man of Tomorrow' is scheduled to release in cinemas on July 9, 2027
Adria Arjona opened up about her role in James Gunn's upcoming film, Superman: Man of Tomorrow.
The 34-year-old actress is among the stars filming a new superhero movie, but Adria's role has not yet been revealed.
Nevertheless, she has acknowledged that she is following a rigorous training regimen and a specific diet.
"I have muscles that I’ve never had in my life. I’m training two to three hours a day on a crazy diet. Drinking coffee is the only thing that keeps me up. And I’m really excited!" Adria told Screenrant.
Superman: Man of Tomorrow reunites Adria with James and Peter Safran. The DC Studios bosses previously gave her a big break by casting her in 2016’s The Belko Experiment.
"I’m excited to be reunited with the family that started everything for me, which is Peter Safran and James Gunn. They gave me my first movie," said Adria.
"I wouldn’t have done any of the movies that we’ve spoken about today if not for them," she continued.
"I wouldn’t be in Andor if it hadn’t been for Peter Safran and James Gunn, so it feels really f****** cool and really exciting to reunite with that team and to be in that family. And that’s all I’m going to tell you!" the actress added.
For those unversed, Superman: Man of Tomorrow is scheduled to release in cinemas on July 9, 2027.
