Nicole Kidman gets sultry in first-ever TikTok ahead of ‘Practical Magic 2’ premiere

Nicole Kidman has officially joined TikTok, starting off by giving fans a glimpse behind the scenes of Practical Magic 2.

The actress, 59, made her debut on the platform Thursday, Aug. 27, sharing a video of herself getting ready for the sequel’s London premiere.

Set to Adéla’s Ain’t In LA, the clip showed Kidman in a hotel room as her glam team worked on her wavy blonde hair and makeup before she slipped into a glittering blue gown for the red carpet.

The video then followed Kidman as she arrived at the premiere, where she greeted fans, signed autographs and posed alongside costar Sandra Bullock. She also shared moments with fellow cast members Joey King and Maisie Williams before heading into the screening.

“Magic brought me here,” Kidman captioned her first TikTok.

For the occasion, the actress wore a custom Chanel gown covered in sequins, complete with draped gold chain detailing around the bust and shoulders. She finished the look with matching gold pumps and a sparkling watch.

Kidman and Bullock are reprising their roles as sisters Gillian and Sally Owens in Practical Magic 2, nearly three decades after the original film premiered in 1998.

Based on Alice Hoffman’s 1995 novel, Practical Magic follows the Owens sisters, witches descended from a survivor of the Salem Witch Trials who are forced to confront a family curse that causes the men they fall in love with to die.

The sequel, arriving Sept. 10, brings back Bullock and Kidman alongside Stockard Channing and Dianne Wiest as their eccentric aunts. The new cast includes King, Williams, Xolo Maridueña and Solly McLeod.

Kidman has also been sharing glimpses from the production on Instagram. Earlier this month, she posted behind-the-scenes photos featuring Bullock, King and Williams, as well as sets filled with plants, potions, books and a black cat.

One series of photos also offered a look at the Victorian-style Massachusetts home from the original film, recreated as a set for the sequel.
