Meghan Markle, Prince Harry disappoint Princess Diana's brother with major decision?

The royal insiders have revealed that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will not move to his uncle Charles Spencer's 13,000-acre estate Althorp where Princess Diana grew up.

The Mail on Sunday has claimed this citing the insiders.

Meghan and Harry’s decision would likely disappoint Spencer.

The sources have claimed that Earl Spencer, Harry's uncle, was prepared to offer a house to the royal couple at Althorp, the estate in Northamptonshire that has been the Spencer family home for over 500 years.

However, Prince Harry has his own plans.

The close confidant said, 'If Harry had asked his uncle for a property at Althorp, he would have done all he could to find him somewhere suitable.

'But he [Harry] has made his own plans.'

The report further claims that Charles Spencer first knew of Harry’s plans was last Thursday morning when the story broke in the newspapers.

“It was known that he [Harry] wanted to come back but it was not known that it was imminent,” the source added.

The fresh claims came as Prince Harry, who remains close to Charles Spencer after his and Meghan's dramatic decision in 2020 to quit as senior royals and forge a new life across the Atlantic, visited Althorp last month.

Meghan, Harry and their children visited Althorp, Diana's childhood home and where she is buried.

Harry has also visited a number of times in recent years, including what has been described as a 'blissful' few days spent with his wife and their two children last month.
