King Charles believes the division has weakened the monarchy

King Charles has reportedly sent a strong message to Prince William and beloved daughter-in-law Kate Middleton after Meghan and Harry’s plans of moving to UK were revealed.

The Prince and Princess of Wales are not on speaking terms with Meghan and Harry, however, King Charles wants them to make peace.

As per royal insiders, King Charles believes the division has weakened the monarchy, and ‘desperately wants his family to present a united front’.

The Closer, citing the royal sources, has reported the monarch feels William, and even Kate at times, can be stubborn about Harry – and wants them to rethink. “But William and Kate have refused to meet with the Sussexes.”

“For a long time, Harry and Meghan were seen as trouble – but for the King, there’s now a rising sense of anger that William and Kate are standing in the way of any reconciliation and have in fact become the source of his problem,” the close confidant said.

“Charles is pushing for a face-to-face meeting at Balmoral in an attempt to find a way through the family impasse – and Kate and William are coming under increased pressure to find a way forward.”

Meanwhile, former royal butler, Grant Harrold, has told The Independent: “William will be furious. Harry has said some extraordinary things about the family. William is somebody that when you break trust and you go beyond a certain point, there's no going back.”
