Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo remained married for a decade before filing for divorce on May 18
Jelly Roll is setting the record straight after his and Bunnie Xo's divorce news has caused a swirl all over the internet.
The 41-year-old country singer took a moment on stage on his New York stop of his Little ASS Shed Tour, on Thursday, June 18, and got honest about the cheating rumors circulating on the internet.
"While we're talking about liars, the internet is a liar too," Jelly, whose real name is Jason DeFord, told the crowd in Saratoga Springs.
The I Am Not Okay hitmaker continued, "This is the only time and the only city I'm going to speak about this, so break your camera phones out now."
Jelly then revealed that he and Bunnie Xo, whose real name is Alisa DeFord, are on good terms, and despite their split, their bond will never break.
"Me and my wife are best friends, we will always be best friends."
The Need a Favor singer admitted that he will always "love her"
"She will probably be the only woman I'll ever love the way I loved her," Jelly added.
The singer then addressed the speculation that infidelity caused their split.
"Nobody cheated on nobody," the Save Me singer declared
He added, "She just did a whole podcast about it. You can go watch it."
This came after Jelly and Bunnie Xo's split was reported on June 15. The former couple remained married for a decade.
As per court documents obtained by multiple outlets, the pair decided to part ways due to "irreconcilable differences." The divorce was filed by Jelly on May 18 while the date of separation was listed as May 9.
