However, the video is old and features an unidentified man.

The misinformation comes amid recent reports that Iran-linked hackers, known as ‘Handala,’ accessed Patel’s email inbox and published photographs and documents online.

A US Justice Department official confirmed the breach, noting the released material appeared authentic, but it does not include the dancing video.

Despite the video being unrelated, some social media users speculated about Patel’s sexuality because of the dance moves.

This assumption is false. Kash Patel is not gay and is publicly known to be in a relationship with his girlfriend.
