WhatsApp has launched a new sticker suggestion feature which will help iPhone users to make their conversations more efficient and interactive. The WhatsApp iOS update enables users to find appropriate stickers through their emoji typing in chat conversations.
The feature appears in the latest version of the app and shows matching stickers instantly as users enter an emoji in the message bar.
The company plans to start the feature rollout process, which will allow additional users to access it during the upcoming weeks through sticker packs which will enable users to send expressive responses without searching for specific stickers.
The WhatsApp iOS update version 26.8.76 introduces the new feature which displays sticker recommendations directly in the chat window. Users can now view matching sticker options by typing an emoji without needing to open the sticker panel and search through multiple packs.
For example, if users enter a laughing emoji, they will see stickers that display funny reactions, while a heart emoji will show stickers that represent love or affection. Users can browse suggested stickers through the emoji icon and send stickers directly in the chat.
The messaging platform has introduced multiple updates aimed to improve user experience together with the new WhatsApp sticker suggestion feature. Recently, the company introduced a group message history option which enables new members to access previous group messages sent before their joining time.
