Wondering what we are talking about? Well, the good news that recently Crescent Star Foods has re-launched Bombay Chowpatty in Dolmen Mall Clifton, Karachi.
For those who don’t know, Bombay Chowpatty is known for its authentic desi food in a quick service setting. Hailing from the UAE, it serves desi food as fast food which is a fairly recent and unique concept for South Asian cuisine. It is famous for its wide variety of chaats and other yummy dishes that represents the true Pakistani taste.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Naim Anwar of Crescent Star Foods (Pvt.) Ltd said, “Bombay Chowpatty is a recent and welcome addition to our food business. The management has acquired control of the UAE based International Food Chain with the rights for Sindh & Baluchistan in Pakistan and aims to provide their patrons with sumptuous food prepared under the finest hygienic standards.”
Wait there is more! The menu of this eatery has been redesigned based on customer feedback and new recipes have been included such as: ‘Signature Chatkhara’, ‘Hyderabadi Handi’, ‘Chicken Cheese Kabab’, ‘Lahori Murgh Chanay’, ‘Shahi-Kheer’ and much more, with the aim of tantalizing consumer’s taste buds.
“Currently, we have three outlets already operating in Karachi: one at Dolmen Mall, Clifton and the other two at Dolmen Mall, Tariq Road and Ocean Mall, Clifton. The management is planning to open more joints under the strategy of expansion,” informed Mr. Saqib Zaidi of Crescent Star Foods.
