In order to expedite things, the KP Public Service Commission has launched an MCQ-based screening test for the posts of PMS officers. Speeding up the procedure is fair enough but the fear is is that many bright aspirants will be flush out.
MCQ-based screening test is not a good option because such tests cannot test the in depth knowledge of the candidate. It would have been better if they take essay-writing as the screening paper.
