The DoorDash viral scandal that emerged with a startling sexual assault allegation has taken a surprising turn after the delivery driver was arrested on felony charges.
Authorities maintain that her account didn’t hold water and that what began as a plea for justice has now become a criminal case.

The buzz surrounding the DoorDash scandal surfaced when a content creator on TikTok with the handle irLmonsterhighdoll shared a video in October alleging that she had been sexually assaulted while making a food delivery.
She further alleged that DoorDash had deactivated her account just two days later without prior notification or providing an appeal link, blaming the company of punishing her rather than protecting her.
For the unversed, DoorDash is a service provider that delivers food and groceries from local stores to the doorsteps of customers.
She also claimed to have reported the incident to the police, but her claim was not taken up seriously.
According to Complex, the driver—identified as 23-year-old Livie Henderson—arrived at a customer’s home for a contactless drop on October 12.
Instead of leaving the food at the door, investigators say she opened the closed front door and went inside the house without permission.
The footage from a Ring camera contradicted the narrative she claimed in a viral video, and she was arrested on November 10, 2025.
She has been facing two class E felony charges: unlawful surveillance image in the first degree.
These charges could lead Henderson to face a penalty of up to four years of imprisonment.
Police say she unlawfully entered the home and filmed a private individual in a vulnerable state.
DoorDash confirmed later that her account was deactivated for violating safety protocols.
