ISLAMABAD: Militant group Daesh, also known as IS, has banned the Eid-ul-Fitr prayers in the Iraqi city of Mosul terming them illegal, reported international media. According to a spokesman for the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), IS has said that Eid prayers are un-Islamic, Geo News reported on Friday.New rules and regulations have been imposed by Daesh since their takeover of Mosul last year. Those who violate the new rules are often subjected to harsh punishment.
