General Hospital famed Kirsten Storms has left fans shocked by sharing a devastating news.
Taking it to her Instagram, the 41-year-old dropped a post unveiling her medical condition that she has been diagnosed with for which she will be undergoing treatment very soon.
She wrote, “I wanted to post this because even though my brain seems to be sorta lowkey rebelling against me.”
The Days of Our Lives star opened that she is suffering from a brain aneurysm and will be undergoing surgery "sometime in the next two weeks".
In the post, Storms revealed, "I had a procedure done that weekend, where the doctor threaded a camera from my leg up to my brain.”
"Anyway, because of the *slightly* complex situation with the aneurysm (nothing bad, just not typical), it wasn’t coiled that weekend”, she further explained.
Kirsten also shared that she is presently staying with her former General Hospital co-star and close friend Emme Rylan in St. Louis, Missouri before the procedure.
It is pertinent to mention here that Storms had previously underwent a brain surgery in 2021 for the removal of a noncancerous cyst.
According to her, Ryaln was also by her side during the time when she was recovering from that surgery.
Fans are extremely concerned for the Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century as they poured in love and prayers for the Kirsten on social media.
One of them wrote, “She will be fine! But prayers do not hurt! wishing her a speedy recovery.” Meanwhile another one commented, “Sending prayers for you Kirsten.”
