Justin Baldoni faces new harassment claims ahead of Blake Lively trial

Justin Baldoni’s legal troubles grew heavier as new harassment claims came to light while his battle with Blake Lively heated up.

Fresh court papers showed that another person has stepped forward with accusations against the actor.

In a sworn statement filed by Lively’s lawyer, the unnamed individual said they suffered repeated negative experiences with Baldoni, including verbal abuse.

The person also claimed that the Con Man actor was kept away from most of the production they worked on and was later asked not to be involved in promotions or publicity.

Sources told TMZ that this individual could soon testify against him in the Another Simple Favor actress' trial.

Although the declaration did not relate to It Ends with Us, the accuser said the incidents happened on a separate project tied to Baldoni’s company, Wayfarer Studios.

The documents, which was filed on September 4, also mentioned the actor and director's business partner Steve Sarowitz.

However, the accuser further stated that Sarowitz’s assistant once contacted them to arrange a meeting, though the reason was never made clear.

These new claims arrived at the same time Ryan Reynolds wife filed a powerful motion against Wayfarer Studios.

She asked the court to order treble damages, attorney’s fees and heavy penalties, calling the company’s defamation lawsuit against her a “baseless attack.”

The All I See You actress' team argued that the case was meant to silence her harassment complaints and ruin her public image.

The filing also pointed to shocking alleged threats made by Sarowitz, including statements about targeting Lively and her husband Reynolds.

Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively been in a courtroom fight since December 2024, when she accused him of sexual harassment on set of It Ends with Us, which he strongly denied.
