Meghan Markle's 'fake moment' sparks debate amid royal dress code claims

Meghan Markle's interview with Emily Chang has sparked fresh debate over an awkward situation, with some accusing the video of having a track edited in.

The Duchess of Sussex's interview was posted on YouTube last month.

In one scene, Meghan opened up about her self-confidence, and the pair laughed together as she joked: 'Age helps, I will be 44!'

What intrigued royal fans was a loud laugh that did not appear to come from Meghan or the Bloomberg host.

One person pointed out: 'This laugh did not come from Emily Change? Her body does not move.'

Another commented: 'It sounds like an extra laugh to make Meghan seem funnier.'

The Duchess of Sussex's jewellery also caught the attention of the host during their candid conversation on The Circuit podcast. In the interview, Meghan promoted the second season of her Netflix series With Love, Meghan.

During the conversation, Meghan also issued clarification on whether to use the surname Sussex or Markle.

In a series of playful exchanges, she also reflected on a royal protocol that did not sit well with her during her time as a working royal, being required to wear nude tights for royal visits.

However, royal expert Jennie Bond has refuted Meghan's claims, explaining that the protocol is far more relaxed than the Duchess suggested.
