Kensington Palace invites trouble after major decision for royal kids

Prince William and Princess Kate's "choreographed" move related to Princess Charlotte has been making headlines amid the Wales family break.

The future King and Queen decided that their only daughter would accompany her dad to the Women's Euro final between England's Lionesses and Spain.

The father-daughter shared a series of delightful moments during the nail-biting game at St. Jakob-Park in Basel, Switzerland, on July 27.

Since their joint outing, there has been uproar on social media, netizens claiming that William did not take women's football as seriously as men's.

As per The Mirror, writer Emily Watkins also appears to have taken a dig at Kensington Palace's decision for Wales' children.

She wrote for i Paper, taking Charlotte to the Women's Euro 2025 final was "carefully considered" and delivering a "clear message" that "women's football is for girls."

Emily penned, "And while I understand that a young girl might find female athletes more interesting to watch than men, surely it would send a stronger message to see her brothers there with her - and to see Charlotte at men's matches too?"

"To me - and presumably to children across the land - the message was clear, even if inadvertent: women's football is for girls," the royal commentator added.

It is important to note that the possible reason behind not bringing George is that he is not allowed to travel with his father as per the royal protocol to protect the future monarchs.
