Although underpasses and/or traffic signals are badly needed at a number of places in Karachi, they are most urgently needed at Johar Morr on Rashid Minhas Road. The authorities may also consider installing functional traffic signals and removing huge roundabouts, which appear to be the main source of traffic jams.
