Megahn Markle has finally launched her highly anticipated rose wine, and she’s keeping the momentum going.
On Tuesday, July 1, the Duchess of Sussex launched her first-ever wine under her lifestyle label, As Ever. The newly-released “Napa Valley Rosé” — is priced at $30 a bottle and available in sets of three, six, or twelve exclusively via her newly launched website, Wine.AsEver.com.
But she didn’t stop there.
Alongside the rosé drop, the 43-year-old also announced plans to expand the brand’s wine range with a Napa Valley sparkling wine — made using the Méthode Champenoise — plus more varietals in the pipeline.
“It’s here!” read the Instagram caption, alongside a short video of the wine being poured into a glass. “Raise a glass to the newest addition to the As Ever family.”
The blush pink wine is described by the brand as offering “soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality and a lasting finish.”
Notably, the launch came on what would have been Meghan's late-mother-in-law Princess Diana’s 64th birthday. In his memoir Spare, Prince Harry revealed that July 1, 2016 — his mother’s birthday — was the very day he first connected with Meghan.
The launch also coincided with the start of Royal Week, as King Charles and Queen Camilla kicked off their annual visit to Scotland with a series of official engagements.
