LAHORE:The death anniversary of former Director National Reconstruction Bureau M Khalilur Rehman will be observed at Akbar Khalil residence, New Iqbal Park near Adil Hospital, Defence at 4.00pm on Friday (today).
Khalilur Rehman was also founder member Halqa-e-Arbab-e-Zaoq, founder member Sondhi Translation Society, Govt College Lahore. He was general secretary of Pakistan Writers Guild and Majlis Fikr-o-Nazar.
