KARACHI: Shamil Cricket Club recorded a convincing seven-wicket triumph against Saima Cricket Club and confirmed their presence in the semi-finals of Nazimabad Super Cup Cricket Tournament here at KCCA Stadium.
Saima CC batted first and put on board 136-6 in 20 overs. Test Cricketer Yasir Hameed top scored with 26 runs. Babar Rehman, Arsalan Hussain and Tanveer-ul-Haq took two wickets each.
Shamil CC reached the target in 16 overs with seven wickets in hand. Mir Afzal Baig batted well for the side scoring 70 runs.
