The criticality of climate finance for Pakistan cannot be ruled out. There is a dire need for financial resources to support adaptation and mitigation efforts in the face of climate change. Despite this clear need, there has been no significant growth in climate finance flows to Pakistan.
The country should not be left behind in terms of climate finance grants. The time has come to unlock climate finance for Pakistan so that it can face environmental challenges.
