This letter refers to the letter ‘Empty threat’ (May 4, 2025) by Syed Hussein El-Edroos (04-May-25). I propose that Wapda and the water ministry initiate a comprehensive feasibility Study on the Soan dam.
I think the time has come to fast-track our two major dam developments, Diamer-Basha and Soan, simultaneously.
