The recent reduction in electricity rates is the first piece of good news that the people have received in years. It is a welcome respite from the ever spiralling cost of living in this country. Now, the people expect that this reduction in power rates will help lower other prices as well.
The cost of food and other daily commodities still remains unaffordable for many and it is hoped that lower power rates will have a positive impact on this front.
