Boycotts are often seen as a peaceful yet powerful way to protest against injustice or unethical practices. While they may pressure companies to act responsibly, we must also consider the unseen impact on the workers who are not part of the problem but end up suffering the consequences. The real culprits – the owners or top executives – may remain unaffected, while innocent employees lose jobs, face salary cuts, or experience mental stress. These workers are simply doing their jobs to support their families.
Instead of complete boycotts, society should focus on demanding reforms, transparency, and fair practices, while also protecting the rights and welfare of workers. Change must come, but not at the cost of those who are already struggling.
