The government should monetise the traffic system by installing cameras on the road and strictly enforcing the laws by charging penalties for reckless driving and other infringements such as not wearing a helmet while riding a motorcycle.
They should also should focus on public awareness campaigns that educate people of Karachi about traffic rules and regulations. The traffic deaths in the city are far too high and the authorities must act to save lives.
