With every flood and drought, another girl is pulled out of school, forced to work for survival. Climate-induced poverty is stealing childhoods and erasing Pakistan’s future leaders. When disasters destroy livelihoods, education becomes a casualty, worsening gender inequality and economic vulnerability.

To break this cycle, the government must provide economic relief for climate-affected families, offer scholarships for vulnerable girls, and integrate child labor protections into climate policies.
