The performance of the Pakistan cricket team in the ongoing 2025 ICC Champions Trophy has been quite un-satisfactory, as usual. The fact of the matter is that our cricketers, rather than paying attention to their performance on the pitch, seem more interested in appearing in commercials to make money and become famous. In my opinion, national cricket team players should not take part in commercials and focus on earning renown through their play.
