According to sources, the political committee, constituted by the PPP chairman to engage with the government on issues on which the party has reservations, is likely to present its report to the CEC to chalk out the future line of action of the party. Sources hinted that the PPP CEC will also discuss in detail the written demands of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, which the PTI presented to the government’s negotiating committee. Besides these two important issues, the party’s CEC will discuss in detail the current political and economic situation in the country. Bilawal has directed all members of the CEC to participate in the January 24 meeting.
