RAWALPINDI: In the Toshakhana-2 case against former prime minister and PTI founder chairman Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi, the defence counsel completed cross-examination of the fifth witness on Thursday.

Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand, hearing the case regarding acquisition of expensive jewellery by the former first couple, adjourned the hearing till January 20. On Wednesday, Imran Khan was presented in the courtroom, while Bushra Bibi was also present.

A total of seven witnesses had recorded their testimonies. The court summoned Customs Appraisers Sana Saeed and Rabia as witnesses to the next hearing.
