ISLAMABAD: Appointments and transfers have been made in the federal bureaucracy on Tuesday.
Director Directorate of Customs Risk Management (Customs), Karachi, Dr Muhammad Nadeem Memon, BPS-20, of Pakistan Customs Service, has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary Finance Division. Saba Asim, BPS-20, of Pakistan Administrative Service, has been posted as Joint Secretary (Admin) Establishment Division. Muhammad Atiq Tahir, BPS-19, of Police Service Group, who was posted in IB division, has been transferred and was directed to report to the establishment division. Muhammad Saleem Afzal, BPS-19, of Pakistan Administrative Service Group has been transferred from Gilgit-Baltistan and was posted in the Punjab government. Muhammad Afzal, BPS-19, of Police Service, who was awaiting posting, has been posted in the Punjab government. Rashid Javed Rana, BPS-19, of Inland Revenue Service, has been transferred to the Ministry of Law and Justice and been appointed as Additional Registrar in the International Mediation and Arbitration Centre for two years on deputation.
