RAWALPINDI: The hearing of the May 9 GHQ attack case was conducted at Adiala jail by Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Amjad Ali Shah on Saturday.
During the proceedings, three additional individuals were indicted in the case; Zain Qureshi, Raja Nasir Mahfouz and Raja Shahbaz Tiger.
Zain Qureshi did not appear in court and was indicted through his lawyer, Ali Bukhari.
The court reserved its verdict on a request filed by PTI founder Imran Khan and Fawad Chaudhry, seeking CCTV footage of the December 5 hearing. The verdict on this matter will be announced in due course.
So far, a total of 116 individuals have been indicted in connection with the GHQ attack. Additionally, the prosecution has requested the blocking of identity cards for four individuals; Bilal, Ijaz, Asim, and Shaheer Sikandar. The hearing has been adjourned until December 24.
