INGREDIENTS

Oil for greasing pan

Cooked green peas, lightly mashed 1 cup

Crumbled paneer 1 cup

Small green chillies, minced 2

Salt 1/4 tsp or to taste

Red chilli powder or red chilli flakes 1/4 tsps

Minced garlic 1/2 tsps

Wonton wrappers 24

Lightly beaten egg white 1

METHOD

Note: Chile Pea Puffs can also be deep fried.
