Angelina Jolie recently shared rare insights into her successful Hollywood career.
In a conversation withThe Sunday Times, the 49-year-old discussed her working experience in the film industry and expressed confidence in her acting abilities.
The renowned actress revealed that she believes her craft has matured and improved with age.
Jolie added, "I’ve got better work as I’ve got older."
"I don’t think about it in terms of roles offered but in terms of life experience you contribute," the mother-of-six remarked.
TheWantedstar, who recently portrayed opera singer Maria Callas in her newly released filmMaria, expressed her disagreement over the fear of ageing, saying, "I'm a hard worker and a deeply feeling person."
Meanwhile, admiring the late singer's work, theSaltactress said,"Mariais vulnerable because she feels and isn't always able to protect herself from loneliness or emotional pain because it’s part of her life and work to be extremely human and live that way."
Speaking more about her early career, Jolie revealed that connecting with the audience is what brings an actor's work to life, and that has always been her top priority as an artist.
